•Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities at our factory and stores
•Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity
•Develop and implement maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs and minimize downtime
•Oversee the preventive maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air and mechanical systems, to ensure they are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations
•Identify maintenance issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner to prevent disruptions to operations
•Maintain accurate records of equipment, tools, and spare parts inventory, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to support maintenance activities
•Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all employees
•Assist in the development of maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards
•Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers as needed for specialized maintenance services, equipment purchases, and repairs
•Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment maintenance logs, and provide regular reports to management on maintenance performance and issues
•Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned based on the need of the organization

•Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities management environment
•Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively
•Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of maintenance technicians
•Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
•Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
•Knowledge of computer skills, emails and MS Office applications
•High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
